While searching for a home, Alan listened to what features and elements we were looking for, and was able to narrow down the search to a neighbourhood and home that suited our lifestyle and needs. Whenever I brought a property to his attention, Alan was very quick to respond with the history of the home, and all notable information to assess if we wanted to arrange a viewing.
Has anyone mentioned how good Alan is with children? When viewing potential places, we brought our two young children along, and Alan engaged them and really considered what they enjoyed about the viewing. My kids still lament about how they “love this house that Alan found”.
Lastly, I want to compliment Alan on how comfortable he made my family and I feel during the entire process. His patience and professionalism shined, and it’s clear his passion is to ensure his clients are a priority; Alan made us feel that he was always available, and that he was there to support us.

Alan was referred to us by friends who bought their first two homes with his assistance. Being first-time homebuyers ourselves, we needed a lot of help. He was a one-stop-shop to guide us through the process from start to finish, taking the time to answer questions whenever needed. He made the home buying experience fun with his friendly demeanor, and then when it came to the late-night negotiations he was in it to win for us.
We found our perfect home in an older, spacious condo in North Van we would update to exactly how we wanted it. Whatever you are looking to do with your new home, he has an extensive network of high-quality connections to help you out…from the home inspection to the lawyer to many various tradespeople, he probably knows a guy for that.
I suppose one day we’ll move from here and will need his services again…until then all I can say is if you’re looking for someone you can trust to act in your best interest and find you the home you want, he is your guy.
